e-Learning development process

1. Requirement Gathering

A client generally emails the requirement outline and we connect often to create a step-wise spreadsheet with every detail, delivery guidelines & performance clarity for the client. An overall overview of the project is discussed based on the expectations of the client and is acknowledged by Team Valma after mutual agreement on the steps to be undertaken thereafter

2. Budget Discussion and Finalization

3. Storyboarding

We involve a graphic representation by visualizing the output, frame by frame. It’s made up of several freehand sketches or content sketches with illustrations or pictures representing each frame, with notes. Depending on the need, a storyboard for E-Learning can range anywhere between L1 and L4. While L1 involves courses that are mostly basic with content and graphics, L4 generally includes a requirement for content with audio, graphics, and interactivity or a requirement for content with audio, graphics, interactivity, and gamification. This detailing is carried out by our Instructional Desingers and aids Design & Development Teams in imparting the E-Learning content a profound look.

4. Development

Once storyboarding is done, the Development team gets all pumped and quickly accommodates Authoring tools  like Articulate and Storyline 360 for expert E-Learning content development. People highly skilled with Multimedia and Graphic Designing are utilized to craft a neat piece of content.

5. Editing

6. Deployment in LMS or GO LIVE

Once things are ready, implementation takes place. During implementation, either the finished work product is uploaded in the E-Learning directory of the Client or made available for a larger mass by uploading in a Learning Management System. Once implementation is over, observation period starts.

7. Evaluation

The observation period helps in understanding the performance of the content and also enables real-time evaluation for the Client to collect and pass down the reviews to us. Once things are satisfactory and working well, we take a seat, relax, and get started with the next most promising Client requirements.
